Entertaining season is here. Whether you’re planning a dinner for family or brunch for an out-of-town guest, use it as an opportunity to get creative with your tablescape. We’ve teamed up with four talented stylists and influencers to bring you four days of inspiration for your holiday table. Stay tuned to our blog and social media channels from December 1-4, as we share a beautiful new tabletop each day.

Our first comes to you from Toronto-based Designer & Illustrator, Rachelle Letain (@rachleta). Rachelle’s sharp eye and penchant for design classics comes through in her elegant setting.

“Most of my homeware selections tend to be basics that stand the test of time (against changes in my own personal taste, and trends). This nearly always means I lean away from too much colour and pattern. EQ3’s Wila dinnerware set is perfect – timeless, minimal and classic in its design.

To bring visual interest to the table, I alternated two sets of playful patterned Marimekko napkins. The white of the dinnerware and bold patterned napkins contrasts the with the metals in the Cheer nesting bowl set, and the natural textures and materials at play in the Coast black marble serving dishes and wood cutting board.

I love the soft, cozy glow of candles on a table, especially during winter months, so the Pinch Tealight holders were a natural fit.

The Mille Milk Jug was my final find. It will be great for serving mulled wine over the holidays. To finish off the table – I found a selection of foliage to use as a simple centerpiece.”
